“Hope to return again!”

Reviewed 26 Oct 2016

My husband and I stayed here for our 16th wedding anniversary weekend. It was a nice, quiet area and I was happy to see a few horse neighbors at the fence greeting me. It had everything we needed, and we felt it was a cozy, comfortable stay. I would return here for a future stay. We enjoyed dining at the Pink Cadillac for our Saturday night dinner, very good prime rib and excellent homemade pies.

Response from the owner I am proud of our property and our beautiful area. After 25 plus years of greeting folks at my cabin, I still enjoy meeting new and repeat guests.

“Great weekend getaway”

Reviewed 16 Mar 2011

My husband and I were looking to get away for a long weekend with our infant and dog, and came across the cabin on the internet. We really enjoyed our stay here. We found the cabin to be very cozy and relaxing, and the location is great for sight-seeing in nearby Natural Bridge and Lexington.

Response from the owner When I built the cabin, I thought it was ideally located. Now that the Safari Park has opened, it is even better! Thanks, Tom Bradshaw

The place is absolutely beautiful. It is an oasis for stress. The surrouding attraction were outstanding. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET AWAY FROM EVERYTHING.

“tranquil”

Reviewed 9 Jul 2009

everything was great, we didn't want for anything,it even came with a very friendly dog, the home was beautiful and the landscaping was gorgeous. we had our morning coffee on the back porch while we watched the birds and squirrels. my mother went through the death of 2 sisters and my father in 4 months, needless to say she needed to get away, she said it was the most peaceful place she had ever been too. she also referred it to all my brothers and their famililes.

“Relaxing, comfortable and bucolic”

Reviewed 29 Jun 2009

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom's Cabin. We both needed a rest and this is just the right place. Situated among the hilly farms with horses and cattle in the surrounding fields, birds, peace and quiet. Everything close by, Natural Bridge, Lexington, the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains, wineries, etc. The cabin has everything you need, lots of books and interesting antiques to perk your interest. We will come back.

“Great Getaway”

Reviewed 26 Jun 2009

Clean, quiet, and had everything I needed to stay right at the cabin and enjoy the mountains but if you wanted to venture out there was plenty of sites to see and trails to hike.
