Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service:

- Pre-arrival shopping and chef or in-villa shopping service are available at 20% of grocery cost + 7% VAT as handling fee.

- An additional kitchen hand is required if either one of the following conditions apply: (i) The number of staying adults in the villa is 14 persons or more; (ii) The number of staying guests including children in the villa is 18 persons or more.

- Meals will be served family-style. Guests, especially big groups, are requested to dine together at the same time, to ensure a smooth meal service. If a la carte style and/or more than one-sitting is required per meal, an additional kitchen chef is required.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
