Villa Sia is a beautiful, luxurious and brand-new (2012) built villa, perched high on the hillside, inside Adele village, 2 km way from beach of Adelianos kampos and 7 km away from Rethymnon town. The villa can accommodate 7 persons and is 180 m2 divided in 3 levels. The ground floor with a spacious living room with a big sofa and two armchairs in frond of a energy fire-place, a beautiful oval dining table for 6 persons and a LCD TV 40' with satellite system/ USB-media player. Also in the living room there is an a/c. On the same level can be found the modern spacious kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, tea facilities, toaster and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is also a WC/ shower and first aid box. There is also a beautiful veranda on the ground floor with a wooden table and 6 chairs. An internal oak staircase leads to the upper floor of the villa, where can be found three bedrooms and a luxurious modern bathroom with Jacuzzi. The main bedroom has a double bed and a/c, and the smaller other two bedrooms have 3 single beds. All rooms have balconies with nice view to the Mount Psiloritis and Adelianos Kampos. The same oak staircase going down from the middle level leads to the 3rd level of the villa. There can be found the 4th bedroom of the villa, with a double bed, a bathroom and a spacious playroom with billiard (pool table) and table games.All bedrooms are air-conditioned.The villa has a private swimming poll in its 250 sq. meter yard, where can also be found a stone oven and barbecue, garden and a parking space for 2 cars. The villa boasts top quality house materials and furniture, combined with the latest in modern technology, such as frames with safety triplex glasses and multi lock system, central alarm system with traps at all frames and infrared- radars, door TV system for entrance, shielded door (entrance) and safe box. It is also ideal for holidays throughout all year, because it provides in floor heating/ cooling at all house places and energy fireplace. The villa provides Wireless internet connection. The swimming pool operates seasonally from May to October as it is not heated.Car hire is recommended
