This is a charming and unique four bedroom Mediterranean style villa on a mountainside in Playa Hermosa Costa Rica with beautiful views of Culebra Bay on the Pacific Ocean. The villa boasts a magnificent Italian style kitchen with ocean views; four bedrooms; a master bedroom with private adjoining balcony overlooking the ocean with private bath en suite; a guest bedroom; a children's room with four trundle beds; an additional bedroom with bathroom en suite next to outdoor bar; a plunge pool to cool off in the afternoons; an outdoor shower; a deck for sunning yourself; and a Rancho style open air space living area with barbecue grill that provides ample open space for dining, reading on the chaise longue, enjoying a drink or a meal with friends, or just relaxing for the afternoon siesta, with a roof overhead and ceiling fans to keep you cool. The villa is just minutes away from the shopping area of Playa Hermosa where there is a supermarket and liquor store to meet your immediate needs. You are also a short walk from the beaches, and the restaurants and hotels all located near or on the beaches. If you want a little more excitement, Coco Beach, with all of its restaurants, casino, and numerous bars and shops, is just a five mile ride away. You'll be in coco beach in fifteen minutes! The villa is located about halfway up the mountain on a dirt road. The views are spectacular! Fishing is an easy option form where you will be enjoying your vacation.
