Cloud Lane Lodge a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath sleeps up to 25 adults.

Rates are determined by the number of Guests and the Season.

Extreme Architecture & comfort at Cloud Lane Lodge ! This very private 50 acre waterfront Estate is located on the Guadalupe River / Lake Dunlap. This destination is only 2-4 miles from most attractions in New Braunfels, Texas to include Schlitterbahn, Gruene, New Braunfels Historic District, shops,restaurants, bars, theaters, river floats.


There are multiple lodging options at " Cloud Lane" we can accommodate groups of up to 67 between the 6 houses on this estate. The focal point of " Cloud Lane Lodge " is our new "Lodge" this five bedroom three & one half bath luxury home sleeps 25 in comfort.

The Lodge is a 2 story home that sleeps 12 on the ground floor, with the first & second downstairs bedrooms each sleeping 4 in queen beds plus each has a private full bathroom. The third downstairs bedroom sleeps 2 in a bunk bed plus 2 more guests can sleep on a fold-out queen in the living room.

Your activities in The Lodge will center around the very spacious galleria style living / dining room with

an open galley kitchen. This large room is perfect for dining and entertaining your family & friends. The kitchen is complete with all appliances & utensils, so just bring your food & drinks or wait and

do your grocery shopping here. There are 2 HEBs and a Walmart only a few miles away.

The second story of the Lodge sleeps 13 with the master bedroom providing space for up to 8 guests.

The master bedroom comes with a king, 4 twins & a queen. The master bathroom is huge, with 3

lavatories, 2 toilets, a bidet, 2 bath tubs plus a very large step-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom

sleeps 5 with 2 queens and a twin. These two bedrooms are separated by a very comfortable living

room that sleeps 4 with 2 fold-out queens. This living room offers great views of the pool, waterfront

and also has a large screen TV to watch your favorite movie or network .

Cloud Lane Lodge is a mini-resort with the central attraction being water and privacy. From the moment you walk into our large pool with swim-up bar or just lounge around the pool on one of

our porches, patios or our cabana, you will forget all of your issues back home.

We also have both Charcoal and gas grills available for our guests as well as plenty of outdoor furniture.

so bring your favorite cut for the grill and just sit back, kick back and relax at Cloud Lane Lodge.

If you have more than 25 guests we can provide super extreme, luxury accommodations for up to 67 with our 4 tree houses and suite located next door to the Lodge.

The Redwood Tree Haus is a 2/1 that sleeps 8.

Cloud 9 Tree Haus is a 1/1 that sleeps up to 5.

Bungalow Suite is a that sleeps up to 4.

Las Palmas Tree Haus is a 2/1.5 that sleeps 6.

Laguna Vista Tree Haus is a 4/3 that sleeps 14.

All 6 of the above properties can be rented separately or together ! All guests have access to the pool and over 2500 ft. of waterfront on Lake Dunlap, to fish, swim, or bring your own watercraft to ski or fish from. Lake Dunlap had a spill gate failure May 2019, lake level in a river form, accessible for fishing or kayaking type of activities.

As per Federal, State and CDC rules all hot tubs are closed until further notice.

All of the above properties can be rented together or separately. So if you are planning a large family reunion, group outing with friends, wedding, special event, corporate retreat or meeting. The combined sleeping capacity of all 6 units at Cloud Lane Lodge is 67.
