Our Luxury Apartment (Ardea 45) is a new apartment, stylishly furnished and fully equipped for all your needs. It is ideally located close to all the amenities of this luxury residential holiday resort. Consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms(one en-suite), spacious open plan kitchen/dining and living area all fully air conditioned.

There are two balconies, the largest one allows fabulous views of the Lake which you can enjoy while dining or relaxing. The apartment also benefits from a garden.

Lakeside Gardens is perfect for both families and couples.It boasts several outside swimming pools set amongst beautifully laid out gardens. The restaurant/bar features a wide cuisine from simple bar snacks to delicious meals. In the evening, the rooftop bar/cafe is a perfect venue for enjoying the stunning scenery.

For sea lovers, you will enjoy access to a private beach/cafe-bar (approx1km). For golf enthusiasts you are only 10 minutes away from a brand new golf complex.


Excursions such as boat trips and jeep safaris are easily arranged. Day trips to Ephesus and Pamukkale (cotton castle) are a definite highlight of the stay. Aqua Park in Bodrum is fantastic for kids and thrill seekers.

The apartment will be cleaned for your arrival and extra cleaning/laundry can be arranged at an extra cost.

Cot and high chair can be hired.

A £50 per week non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday plus a £100 returnable security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days of your return,subject to a satisfactory inspection.
