Description

Nice, modern, one bedroom home on one acre. Close to Branson. It has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a coffee pot in the kitchen and most anything that you would need for your stay. If not, just ask.

We supply trash bags and one roll of paper towels, toilet paper and linens.

The bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. The bathroom has a tub/shower enclosure. Linens are furnished. There is a blow dryer in the bathroom.

In the living room you will find plenty of seating with a regular sofa as well as a queen sleeper sofa and a rocking chair. The living room also has a flat screen tv w/satellite and a corner fireplace.

There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and an iron and ironing board for your convenience

Outside you will find a large wrap around deck off of the kitchen and a screened in porch in the front. There is also a propane BBQ grill, fire pit and picnic table.

Lil' River Cabin is only a short distance (1/2 mile) to the James River Arm of Table Rock Lake complete with a boat ramp. You can bring your boat and fishing gear. The fishing is great and the scenery is beautiful! If you don't want to bring your boat you can visit James River Outfitters and take a float trip in a canoe, raft, kayak or tube on the scenic James River.

Getting around

James River Outfitters in approximately 2 miles from the cabin. There are stores and restaurants within 2-3 miles and Branson West is only a twenty minute drive south. Nearby Restaurants, Coffee Shop and stores: The Farmers Daughter Cafe on 248 in Galena Speedees Market and Gas Station, Hwy 413 Galena Dollar General Hwy 413 Galena The Bean Counter Coffee Shop on the Square in Galena Crossroads Store Hwy 248 and 173 Flat creek Restaurant Hwy 173 near Capefair.

Interaction with guest

Upon arrival we will meet you with a key at the cabin. We are close by if you need anything during your stay. You may have 2-3 people to visit, besides your own party that you reserved the cabin for. No more than 4 people in the cabin to spend the night. Guests must leave by 9:30 PM. There is so much to do while you're here in the Ozarks. Branson attractions (30 min) Fishing (5 min) Boating (5 min) Silver Dollar City (20 min) Zip line (25 min) Golfing (20 min). Canoeing, Float trips (5 min) Caves, Talking Rock and Marvel Cave (25 min)

Amazing time in a cute ‘cabin’. The host was fantastic and the area was perfect. Close to Branson and there is a great cafe in town for some good eats.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ellen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
