Description

A modern bungalow with a spacious open-plan kitchen-diner area, dedicated shower room plus bathroom. Ideal for larger groups wanting to explore the beautiful West Wales countryside and unspoilt Cardigan coast. Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful bolt-hole.

Large enclosed lawned garden is ideal for dogs and children - loads of space to run around. Not overlooked and plenty of mature trees, shrubs and flowers: great for a cup of tea (or something stronger) sitting in the sun. Kitchen and lounge both have French doors opening straight onto the lawn.

A large porch and separate utility area with outside access are ideal for dumping muddy boots or sand-covered beach-wear. Put clothes straight into the washing machine, located here. Double garage access upon request. Safe cul-de-sac location so children can play on the drive and infront of the house.

Plenty of parking on the drive and on private road. Shops and pub (between owners at end of 2013) a short walk away. Easy access to main A487 coast road or picturesque New Quay town fishing village.
