Description

Rent our Oceanfront home in quiet Ormond-by-the-Sea (north of Daytona). 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths (with garage), fully furnished, on a private beachfront street. Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, one hour from Orlando. Small pet okay (with deposit). Walk to shopping, dining, Publix. New windows, remodeled kitchen and main bath, WI-FI, cable. Beach chairs, gas grill, all amenities.

“Wondeeful stay!”

First thing that caught our attention was the beach at the end of the small private road with 4 beautiful beachy houses on each side. As soon as we got in the home we were enthralled with the ocean view from the large picture window and then the cleanliness and cute decorating of the house. It was absolutely perfect for my sister and I and our two small dogs while we were visiting our 90yr old mother close by. We did not need any primary supplies, house was very well equipped. Our only regret was not being able to spend time on the beach because the waves were crashing bad and nonstop while we were there thanks to hurricane Humberto 100plus miles off shore. We would and hope to definitely rent this home again! And be sure to eat at Lennys just down the street! Food was great amd the owner kept us laughing hysterically.

My husband, myself and my dog stayed at this cottage for 9 days. We had a wonderful time. Very close to beach. Their is a picture window In the dinning area that has an excellent view of the ocean. Kim (the owner) was very nice. We met the neighbors on the east side of cottage, Jennifer and her husband were very friendly and helpful about the town. The cottage is very well stocked and very clean. Dogs are not allowed on beach.

We rented for the months of Jan/Feb 2013, and had a great time. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the living room furniture was new. So close to the beach. Close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Loved it

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
