“Clean, modern two bedroom apartment with good service and garage”

Sarah welcomed us and provided excellent service through our stay. The apartment was clean and modern, has two bedrooms, one bathroom and separate toilet and an open kitchen/livingroom with plenty of kitchen utilities. There was an issue with the ac, but Sarah made sure it was fixed by technichians within a few days. There is a balcony, nice for breakfast although only views the street (with works bring carried out during our stay, which was a bit noisy). Perfectly located 5 min from old city, new city as well as the train station, and two min walk to the marina. We stayed with a baby, and will definitely stay here again If we return.

This was our 7th year of holidaying in apartment 4. It contributes so much to the comfort and pleasure of our stay - well equipped and conveniently situated to the port and the old town in antibes. This was our 3rd stay in this apartment and we have been visiting antibes for about 12 years. Sarah was very friendly and welcoming when she met us at the apartment and when I needed to contact her with a query she responded promptly. The apartment is fitted out with good quality furniture and fixtures, above the standard 'holiday home'. We particularly appreciate the very pacious open plan living arrangement which enables interaction between people in the kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony. The balcony has a view of the sea and overlooks a quiet street. The bedrooms, especially the double, have ample storage and views of the port. The building is modern and kept very clean, with an attractive entrance area and lift access. The apartment is very close to the railway station and the port, and only a short walk from the amenities of the beaches, and the old town with its numerous shops and restaurants.

Our trip to antibes in april 2012 was an adventure for us, being a slightly-on-the-senior-side couple. We travelled by train, so found the proximity to the station very convenient as we used the train to visit other delightful towns along the coast. We found the apartment extremely spacious and very comfortable, an excellent base within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the sea. We enjoyed the wonderful market and also ogling the enormous yachts in the marina. We walked happily everywhere and were always pleased to return to the comfortable flat, especially with the English satellite TV. We were a little alarmed by the electric shutters, but soon got used to them, and found it very pleasant sitting out on the balcony. The only difficulty we found was the short time on the sensor lights in the hallway - they would come on as you exited the flat or lift, but by the time you reached the door or finished locking it on your way out, the lights had gone out, leaving you to fumble around in the dark. We solved this by always taking a torch with us! Overall we loved our stay in antibes.

We very much enjoyed our one week stay in this comfortable apartment in May 2012. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and a short walk from the port, old town and railway station making it an ideal base from which to explore the area.

We have stayed in this this apartment for 2-3 weeks the last 2 years and have rented it for this year too. It is comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need for a holiday. It is near the beach and the charming old town where we enjoy walking in the evenings. All in all we have travelled to antibes for 5 years and don't see any reasons why we won't come back next year too.
