Response from the owner Hi Dave, I'm really sad to hear that as you didnt see the other apartment with the water leak coming from the building. What did you want me to do? I still had a choice, I have great reviews at this apartment that you say that is not worth 15 dollars a night, the apartment is brand new and the building is newer than the other of the water leaking problem, I tried to resolve this in the best way I could and I'm so sorry for you to think that I tried to fool you. You can see my reviews and they are all great ones.

How do damage deposits work?

If Ricardo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
