Description

Condominio Bluegreen, step right from your condo to the pool or to your own private beach. Entertain guests in this spacious condo with its beachfront terrace,and breathtaking view from the living room. An excellent getaway from the hustle & bustle of daily life and enjoy the tranquility of the sea. A fully equip modern kitchen with sit-in counter and with all the pots&pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc that you might need to prepare a meal. A large master bedroom with AC, flatscreen tv, king size bed, closet, with private bathroom. Bedroom#2 has a queen size bed with AC and closet. Bedroom#3 has two full size bed with AC and closet. The second bathroom is located in the hallway next to bedroom#2. In another smaller room next to kitchen is the washing & dryer, board & iron, with a half bathroom. Living room has a huge dining table that seats 8 people with ceiling fan and central cooling system. Flatscreen tv with cable, dvd player, and a booming stereo system. And from mid Jan till late March you may have the opportunity to see humpback whales do their migration to Samana Bay. Housekeeping services is available upon request. A deluxe queen size air mattress is available for extra bedding.

Note: The complex is not visitor friendly. Meaning that if you are not on the guest list, security will not allow you entrance to the complex. Smoking not allowed inside condo but ok outside.

Our stay at Mario's place was great! I agree with other reviews in that pictures don't do it justice, the place was actually nicer than the pictures. My friends and I were incredibly comfortable in the space, and loved that the pool was so accessible! The place isn't right in the hustle and bustle of things, you have to have a car or take a cab to pretty much anywhere you want to go, but that didn't bother my friends and I at all (we actually took the local public transportation, "la gua gua", to get to and from Cabarete and Puerto Plata). And there was a mini market within walking distance where we were able to buy most provisions we wanted at the house (beer, water, snacks, etc. Bonus- the owners of the market were awesome and super friendly and made a family style dinner for my friends and myself for our last night). Overall, I would highly recommend staying at Mario's if in the area!

Amazing place! ...right on the ocean...great green space right in front of the first floor...pool is right out the door as well. The entire front wall of the condo is made of sliding doors that open up to the ocean. The appliances, beds, and furniture were great. The only drawback (for us) was that is was so tranquillo that the pool didn't open up for our kids early in the morning and the security guards kept telling them to stop splashing and jumping (but that is a huge bonus for many people looking for quiet) Mario was great with communication ahead of time. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Mario was very accommodating. He answered all our questions and the apartment was more than we expected. Just make sure your phone works in DR. You can rent a car but we took taxis everywhere at an affordable price. The staff there is very helpful. Thanks Mario!

Mario's condo was wonderful! The perfect place for some rest and relaxation. The pictures don't do it justice. The beach and pools are spectacular! Juan Jose, the property manager, and the entire staff at Blue Green was incredibly helpful and friendly! I highly recommend the place!

Beautiful and very clean apartment, it has everything you need to be confortable. I have kids from 1years old to 17 years old and everyone had a great time here. the pools are for every ages, the beach is a few steps aways and everythings from public beaches, water park, supertmarkets are near by. Internet work great! I highly recoment this place to anyone that wants to realax, be confortable and have a good time. February 2014

Great host. Great communication! It was truly a pleasure to stay at his condo. When we arrived, the condo was fully set up - with lots of drinks in the refrigerator. The kitchen was fully stocked - which made it easy to cook if you wanted to - there is a supermarket 5 minutes away driving. The wifi worked great, and the place itself was very cozy. You step out from the condo into the patio and the swimming pool is about 15 steps away. From there you can go to the beach, which is another 15 steps. The water in that part of the DR is not very calm - but we all preferred that. If you want a beach with more calm water, you can go 5 minutes out (near the supermarket) and there is a beach there that has more calm waters - as it's protected by a cove. Overall, could not be more pleased with the stay and with the owner! Nothing but all positives for this condo!!! 5 stars all around January 2014
