Description

This luxury penthouse gives directly onto the lake and has it all: sweeping, unobstructed 360° lake and mountain views, two separate balconies, direct access to the lake shore, and the very best quality furniture and fittings. As luxury rentals go, this unit is without rival in Bariloche.

Despite being just a few blocks from the centre and conveniently located on the main lake-side avenue, the apartment is quiet, peaceful and completely secluded.

The living room with its huge triple-aspect bay window resembles a private viewing platform. Guests are invited to gaze out over the lake as the sun rises over the Patagonian steppe and sets over the Andes.

The two balconies face east and west and are accessed via French doors, and provide the ideal spot to kick back and enjoy a coffee in the morning or a glass of Malbec at sunset. The mountains of Chile are visible in the distance.

The living room and main bedroom have LED TVs, the bedrooms have king-size/twin beds with down duvets and soft cotton bedding. In the bathroom you’ll find a jacuzzi. Complimentary wifi is also included. There is also a designated car parking space in the same building.

The property manager is a native English speaker and will be on hand both pre-departure and during your trip to ensure you get the most out of your visit to Bariloche, Argentina’s gateway to Patagonia.

Response from the manager Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback, it’s always much appreciated. I’m pleased to hear you had a nice stay. Regarding the parking, whilst the property does not have a designated parking space (and isn't advertised as such), I advise all my guests, most of whom rent a car, to park directly across the road from the building (rather than in the entrance), where there is always ample space to park and room to manoeuvre when coming and going. I have never received any complaints about these parking arrangements. Regarding the mud puddles, outside of the immediate downtown area, there are no pavements/sidewalks anywhere in Bariloche, and many streets are unpaved, so after heavy rain we always get a few puddles.

How do damage deposits work?
