Lovely spanish style home with Guesthouse. French doors, tile floors. long comfortable couch with large chair and ottoman. Carved glass table in front of couch. Flat screen TV with DVD in living room and bedroom.An assortment of DVD's and books for your viewing and reading enjoyment when not busy exploring. The bed is queensize and very comfortable with a footrest at the end to lay your luggage on while unpacking.Plenty of drawer space. The bathroom is very bright and roomey with both tub and shower

Beautiful Gulfport Beach is walking distance as our restaurants, bars and grocery stores. We have an Art walk twice a month, the first Friday and 3rd Saturday. During that time the streets are lit up with candles and lighting. Music in the streets. The streets are closed and vendors are selling handmade items. Every Tuesday is open market day. Selling Gourmet cheeses, hand made soaps, clothing ect.. Gulfport is an eclectic beach town filled with many beautiful offerings. Incredible art gallerys with local artists show casing there works. Gulfport should be walked or biked to truely appreciate its beauty. From the hand painted murals on the homes to the large open porches. We are one of the oldest cities and Do have haunted homes. We also have a ghost tour here.

We have so much to see here from our funky restaurants to open air bars across from the beach to volley ball. We have a large library and local theatre. One of the oldest Post Offices is housed in an antique curio shop. Huge fishing pier. Kayack rentals on beach.

We are walking distance to the Marina and Clam Bayou park. The bike trail is just down the street. We have bikes for your use. Our restaurants include O'Maddys which open air dining at its best. Beautifully situated across the street from the Pier, Pegs Cantina great Meican food,La Cote Basque for french, Stellas for breakfast and lunch, a new pizza restaurant, Cousins, which is the best pizza I've had since leaving N.Y. There are museums close including Chihuly and Dali. Busch Gardens is about 40 minutes away and Disney about 1.5hrs.

In terms of location we are 30 minutes from Tampa airport, 15 minutes from downtown St.Petersburg and 15-30 minutes from the larger beaches such as Treasure Island,St.Petersburg,Madiera or Cleawater. Tampa International Mall is 20 minutes away and Tyrone Mall about 10 minutes away.There are so many things to see and do here I just can't write them all. We have beach chairs, beach towels,iron,fishing rods everything you need for a great vacation. The house is fully furninshed with a beautiful 19x30 ft patio complete with bar,fire pit, electric grill, lounge chairs for your private use. We have both cable and Wifi. Response from the owner Sorry about the motion light and Florida does have bugs luckily not in our house but yes outside. Mosquitoes are bad this year but we have the property sprayed regularly. We do a a 9 pound inside dog and a 12 pound outside cat. We state that in our advertising. There is a lift table in front of the couch and a small dining space also and a 6 person table on the patio. The guesthouse had just been painted inside and out with new furniture I do apologize if it was not your taste. I have checked for mold and have not found any but the bathroom is currently being removed. We also just put an entirely new roof and raised it 2 inches. We have a lot of wildlife in Gulfport including chickens walking down our street and squirrels and opossums. I hope your next visit to Gulfport is better. We are a small beach and artistic community. Parking was on the left side of the driveway as always. I’m sorry if you had a difficult time parking in it. I offer our most sincere apologies and hope your next visit to Gulfport is more to your liking Stephanie

How do damage deposits work?

If Stephanie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
