This beautiful Villas are just a few steps away from the fantastic beach of Punta Uva, surrounded by trees and gardens you are going to find a private property with 2 villas perfect for families, friends that are looking an exciting getaway.

Each Villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, one room has a king size bed and the other room 2 single beds, take in consideration that the bedrooms are near each other there is a dividing wall, without a door, this means there is NOT enough privacy between the bedrooms in case of being 4 people sleeping in the villa.

It has an equipped kitchen for the ones that love cooking and a relaxing terrace. Just renewed so you will find nice decoration and details that will make your stay here even better. Each villas are equipped with: Cable TV, Wi-fi, safe box, fan

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
