Description
La Bohème is a lakefront semi detached villa which delivers wondrous views and a chance to sample life in a typical Italian village. It is characterized by its proximity to the lake, which the French would describe as “pied dans l’eau”.
On the ground floor the sitting room and the dining room with a kitchenette are located in a large room, divided into two parts by an elegant wooden arch . The sleeping area is located in the inner part of the apartment, ensuring privacy and silence; There is a large double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and another smaller single bedroom. The furniture is manifactured by a very famous Italian firm.
La Bohème also offers two large bathrooms with a dressing room, which contributes to the privacy of the bathrooms.
Upstairs, you enjoy a large living room, a private bedroom with large balcony on the lake and a private bathroom with a separate private entrance.
The villas also offers car parking for 3 cars and direct access to the lake.
Village life comes with the usual sounds , because the villa is situated in the centre of the village. Within a 2 minutes walk, a lakeside restaurant serve up typical Italian dishes and pizzas.. Just 300 yards away is a boat service with motorboats for hire. The bus stop is 80 yards away, while boats and hydrofoils leave and arrive from the landing stage, 200 yards away.
Sitting under the patio and in the garden you will enjoy all the beauty of Lake Como and its mountains, while tasting a bottle of wine or a typical dish of the Italian cuisine.

Furnished in a relaxed, trditional manner, Apartment La Bohème is 170 sqm large, it has got a bright and airy sitting room and a fully furnished new kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge and freezer. The furnishing are comfortable and uncluttered. The bedrooms with lake view are very large and an extra bed or cot can be added if required.The apartment is a semi detached villa.
