one full size bed and a loft that will sleep three ,,,with 3, 4 inch mattress.There are 10 of these great Amish built cabins. Each has been newly remodeled to include a private bathroom equiped with shower, sinks and toilets. We have also provided a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and cabinets., TV with cable...

The loft bedroom is actually a loft with three 4 inch mattress and pillows sheets and blankets.

They have been well insulated and have both heat and air conditioning.

Getting around

within 5 minutes from town,,, one mile from New River Gorge Bridge.. within 5 minutes of grocery stores.. wal mart.. Kroger,, Lowes and chain restaurants and in the town of Fayetteville there are several nice quaint restaurants Pies and Pints,, Cathedral Café,,, Secret Sandwich's within 10 minutes of all rafting.

Interaction with guest

You will get a code for the key pad a week upon arrival , you don't have to check in anywhere or check out. If you need anything at all while your staying they will provide you with a phone number and just contact us .Please leave a voice mail if no answer and we will get back with you asap.

11pm is quiet time, Please just follow check out instructions provide by email to you. Just empty fridge, bag up all trash, put all used linens on the bathroom floor. Must be over 21 to rent. Your welcome to have parties, reunions, etc there.

This rental was very clean. Very close to shopping and new river gorge area. Would recommend. Would bring a comfortable or blanket since sheets are only provided by the owner.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nrgp (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
