Beautiful & spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath view condo w/ 1380 square feet of comfort and privacy! Walk to shopping, restaurants, and the best beaches on Maui! Directly across the street, only 300 feet from Kamaole I Beach. Our condo is #201 at Kamaole Beach Royale Resort. "The Very Best Location on Maui!" ELEVATOR to this condo, no steps or stairs necessary.

Truly walking distance to many restaurants & a wide variety of shops. After a day's activities, we love retiring to the comfort of our spacious and fully-equipped condominium. Here we have everything we need, and can relax in peace and quiet.

Don't forget the amazing 7thfloor rooftop deck lounge. Fully equipped with gas grills, dining tables & lounges, it is the place to be at sunset! Enjoy a cocktail & dinner with your spectacular 180+ degree view of Maui's gold coast.

With 2 bedrooms having king sized beds, 1 bedroom with twin beds & a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room ... Plus a porta crib if you need it! There's room for everyone!

There are SO many reasons to vacation here at our prime "Kamaole Beach Royale"... For us, the reasons are personal... This is not just our vacation "rental" ... This is our vacation "home". We own this wonderful piece of paradise because we love it! We visit Maui as often as possible, and want our time here to really count! Our beach is Kamaole I Beach, and is often rated one of the best beaches in the world! Shopping - dining - entertainment... just a stroll away!

Getting around

Bus stop directly in front of Condo. We take our bicycles on Bus to Kalahuli to shop and then ride the down hill back to Kihei(also usually down wind). Restaurants,shopping, rental etc. all within immediate walking distance.

Plenty of space for 5 adults and being so close to the beach and shops meant that we could get away from each other whenever we wanted to. We all thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Maui!

Beautiful condo at a great location Our family of seven adults had the most amazing time at this property. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay as well. We felt right at home with everything we could ever need supplied for us in the condo, including beach items which were so appreciated.. The location was perfect - so close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and easy access for all of our sightseeing trips. Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd time staying at KBR...perfect location for families. Coolers, chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and umbrellas ready to use. The roof-top deck is PERFECT for BBQ-ing with the family after a long day at the beach & watching the beautiful sunset. Don't let the "family friendliness" of this facility scare anyone is quiet & a well maintained property. Easy access to the beach, stores, shaved ice, taco's, and Boss Frogs...all with-in 300-400 yards!!! The condo has been recently updated by the new owner with top of the line TVs, and appliances...can't wait to go again, and again, and again!!! Appropriately priced when splitting with friends and WAY cheaper than the resorts!!

I can't say enough good things about this lovely condo! - Linda the owner was so helpful throughout the booking process and our stay and returned our security deposit really quickly! she sent us loads of really useful info. which helped us 1st timers to Maui. To say we loved it is an understatement, the condo is just as described/pictured, its huge!! and is a few minutes across the road from the lovely Kamaole Beach Park. You have everything you need here for a fantastic holiday, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers the lot. The pool at the condo is clean and well maintained and on the days we used it we had it mostly to ourselves, The rooftop terrace and BBQ area is brilliant, but we only used it once as there are more than enough restaurants within walking distance of the KBR to keep you busy for a few weeks, sadly we only had 9 days (loads of shops too) Will definitely return here, its a fantastic base to explore Maui as you are in the middle of the island. We went to a few other resorts on our travels, but definitely made the right decision to stay here. I would recommend to anyone especially families or small groups as its a great size. Thanks again Linda for an amazing stay in Maui.

Excellent value Guest: Barbara Campbell (Spruce Grove, AB, Canada) Date of Stay: 02/01/13 Review Submitted: 02/12/13 We had an absolutely wonderful time at this three bedroom condo at the Kamaole Beach Royale. It was such a nice experience, being close to the beach and having the barbeque area on the 7th floor. We had 14 members of our family at one point and it was a very nice location to have a family get together. The suite was very spacious with comfortable beds and insuite laundry. We would certainly stay there again. Recommended for:People with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
