La propiedad cuenta con dos amplios dormitorios en la primera planta con dos baños, uno abajo y otro arriba. Tiene una cocina moderna, completamente equipada. La TV tiene canales en inglés y en español. Hay un aparcamiento disponible justo en la parte trasera de la casa. La piscina comunitaria está muy cerca de al propiedad y está rodeada de preciosos jardines y césped.

El complejo ofrece a los clientes, bonitos campos de golf, un supermercado y un club con un gran restaurante. Los Alcázares tiene bonitas playas de Mar Menor, gran selección de bares y restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas de diversos servicios y la posibilidad de practicar deportes acuáticos gracias a las cálidas y tranquilas aguas del mar Menor.

This spacious town house is located the very popular Roda Beach and Golf Resort which is close to San Javier and Los Alcazares. The property has 2 spacious bedrooms with family bathroom upstairs and separate shower room downstairs. It has a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and there are English and Spanish TV channels. There is free parking bays outside the back of the house. The communal pool is very close to the house and is set in a beautiful grassed area.

The complex offers beautiful golf courses, a small supermarket, restaurant/club house. San Javier and Los Alcazares have beautiful beaches, a wonderful selection of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops and lots of water sports on the warm and shallow waters of the Mar Menor

Good weather, nice place and wonderfull golf. Beach quite close, no more than 5 kms away. Fully equiped apartment. Facilities quite good

How do damage deposits work?
