“Stunning cottage”

Reviewed 15 Aug 2014

We had a great time in this stunning cottage with a very nice and large garden with parking space. The cottage has a large kitchen with everything you need, two large bedrooms and a nice bathroom with bad en rainshower. Lots to do in the area, we have to come back another time to see everything!

“High spec, tasteful cottage reflecting the warm charm of it's we”

Reviewed 3 May 2013

Just a short note to thank you very much for letting us stay in your cottage. We must congratulate you all for considering every small detail, making it a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The beautiful decor, the property's natural charm and the fact that I can now work a log burner made it feel like home from home - just what the doctor ordered in getting away for a short break together with our young family of five. works for Children, works for lazy parents with him expectations and the Pub is a short walk through the delightful village along the brook and over a small field. Deborah did a great job in making us feeling very welcome and gave us some great advise on the local area. In all a great success and we cherished our time at The Ottery with plans to return in the near future!

“Lovely cottage”

We stayed here and have a great time, the cottage is furnished beautifully and is a wonderful place to stay when visiting bath. Log fire and comfy sofa making a great place to cosy up on those cold evenings.

“A beautiful cottage in a beautiful part of the world”

Reviewed 12 Dec 2012

We were the very first people to stay at the Ottery and it was absolutely beautiful. The cottage has been renovated to an extremely high standard and in a very tasteful and sympathetic manner. The bath and shower are amazing, and the bed extremely comfortable. The views and surrounding countryside are stunning. Bob couldn't have been more helpful with the booking and accommodating us, and Wendy was always on hand should we need anything, even making sure we had a fire built ready for our arrival and some very lovely danish pastries to tuck into with a cup of tea when we arrived! We only wish we could have stayed longer. If you want a beautiful, peaceful and extremely well kept cottage to spend a few days or even a week or two to enjoy the countryside and with Bath just 10 minutes down the road, this is place for you. I know we definitely be returning.
