“Charming Charleston Condo with an Unbeatable Location!”

We recently enjoyed an extended 3-month stay in this beautiful and cozy condo and cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time there! It became the perfect home away from home for us. The location is phenomenal, within easy walking distance to the market, downtown restaurants, and even a grocery store (for those nights you want to stay in, which is hard to do with so many great restaurants!). The off-street gated parking was definitely a plus, given how little parking is available in the downtown area. Long term parking would otherwise have been horribly expensive. We had everything that we needed and found Patty to be a very gracious and attentive hostess. We were even greeted with a lovely bottle of wine and flowers waiting for us. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and hope to have the chance to return!

“Magnificent accommodations in downtown Charleston...”

No better location to see the sites of Charleston -- walk everywhere. This perfect apartment for 2 people is emaculate and furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay, steps away from shopping, restaurants, and everything Charleston has to offer. Patty is gracious and available for all your needs. Note: multi-apartment building with other tenants that are considerate, quiet, and friendly. Off street, secured parking included!!! Loved our stay!!!

This condo was perfect for our 3 day stay in Charleston! It is was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook meals and the grocery store was a short walk away. Everything in the historic area is within easy walking distance. Patricia was very kind and provided great service.

Patty's home is a diamond in the rough. You may or may not be aware that parking is limited in the downtown Charleston area. This condo is the answer to that dilemma. What a blessing to be able to walk to the open market, historic buildings, water front park, water taxi, free downtown shuttle, Fort Sumter ferry, restaurants, and all the nightlife you desire. This home is just enough off the main drive to be quite, relaxing and peaceful. Her place is very secure your car is parked inside an electronic gate and building access is limited from the street. The condo is also a great value and staying in an historic building is a privileged! Patty greeted us at the condo to show us around her place, she is unpretentious and informative. She even left us a welcome card and a bottle of wine, a nice touch of Southern hostility after a long trip. We would love to visit again!

From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience for my wife and I on our first anniversary. The location is literally a 3 min (or 2 block) walk from where all the action in downtown Charleston takes place. The condo was very clean and homey. Not to mention the gated parking. There is a grocery store right around the corner as well, which was very convenient. 10 minute walk to Marion Square and also the Fort Sumter ferry tours. The charm, location, and privacy of this condo were great!

Patricia arranged for us to check in early. She was very welcoming and we appreciated the bottle of white wine. Patricia has renovated this property but maintained the ambiance of Charleston. It is in a great location about a 20 minute walk from The Battery. The charm, comfort and location of this property enhanced our Charleston experience. The property was very clean and cool with all the amenities you might want. I enjoyed the claw foot bath tub a lot. We hope to return very soon.

This Condo was one of the things that made our stay in Charleston so special. The location is ideal, located in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Charleston and is in walking distance to great activities, restaurants, and shopping. This Condo has a fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, Wifi, large TV, comfortable bed, and is very clean and well maintained. This condo also provides a private parking space which is very hard to find in downtown Charleston. Upon our arrival the owner Patty was there to greet us and answer all our questions which we greatly appreciated. The fresh flowers, bottle of wine and a very nice welcoming card added such a special touch. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future. Places that we visited and enjoyed is Magnolia Plantation, Drayton Hall, Patriots Point Navel & Maritime Museum, Fort Sumter, Old Charleston Jailhouse, and Historic Carriage Tours. Restaurants we recommend is Hall's Chophouse especially their "Sunday Gospel Brunch", Hyman's Seafood, and Sweetwater Café for breakfast especially their Pecan Crusted French toast. If you love Ice Cream and chocolate visit Kilwin's. Their Toasted Coconut ice cream is wonderful.

We stayed here for a week in Dec. The furnishings and decor make you feel right at home. The Owner made our arrival special with a chilled bottle of exceptionally good wine and fresh flowers! The location doesn't get any better than 53B Hasell St. You are within walking distance to the Slave Market, a supermarket, historical sites and some of the best restaurants Charleston has to offer. We are thrilled we found this beautiful place and plan on making this an annual trip.
