You will love this place! Located on the North end of Clearwater Beach and just 15 seconds walk to the white sandy beach of the Gulf of Mexico.

Imagine enjoying your morning coffee in a tropical courtyard or on the gulf side patio relaxing and enjoying the view while listening to the seagulls.

Gulf side Cottage is a well appointed large size studio with extra large walk-in tiled shower, Comfy King size bed, 40’ flat screen TV and central air. Kitchen is supplied with dishes, pots and pans and all the essentials you will need for your stay..

Complimentary guest washer and dryer.

PRIVATE Parking, a necessity on the beach.

A Tropical landscaped courtyard with BBQ grill awaits you for grilling and chilling . Enjoy your meals in the courtyard or on another patio with direct Gulf views or just grab a book and relax on a lounge chair.

You won’t find a larger studio any closer to the beach (other than our other studio#) You are steps to the beach as well as walking distance to all Clearwater Beach attractions, including restaurants, bars and fabulous Pier 60.
