DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

Islander Beach Resort, unit 2012 is a beautiful beachfront, full 3 bedroom condo with beach and pool access. The private patio of Islander Beach Resort, unit 2012 offers beautiful ocean views (Gulf of Mexico) as well as privacy. Islander Beach Resort, unit 2012 comes complete with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, 21/2 baths, living and dining area, pullout sleeper sofa, Cable TV, WiFi, and much more.

Unit 2012 is located on the west side of Islander Beach, on the second level with a direct view of the ocean. All units come with parking, beach service, and full-resort access. Though Destin and its many attractions are only a short drive away, this stretch of Powder White Beach is much more Private. You will enjoy your space in the sand without all of the crowds and noise.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit which will sleep 8 people. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed, a Second Bedroom with a Queen Bed, and there is also a third room with Twin Beds. There are TV's, DVD Players, and a CD-capable Stereo, and WiFi Internet Capability. The Full Kitchen is equipped with the Latest in stainless steel Appliances ...Dishes, Silverware, and Cookware are included. There are Linens, Towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience.

The private balcony is complete with chairs and a table for a Relaxing Evening in the Breeze. The Scenery is complete with both a breathtaking 2nd floor view of the ocean.

You will have direct beach access from the poolscape where you can enjoy Sunrises and Sunsets at from one of the Cleanest and Most Unspoiled Beaches in all of Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and Florida.

This property is professionally managed, which ensures that you will receive friendly, professional service from reservation to departure. Your vacation accommodations will be clean and functional. We are local and provide same day assistance, and If you need anything during your stay, you can be assured that our courteous staff will be happy to assist you in any way.

That is why we are implementing a rigorous cleaning regimen specifically targeted to clean and disinfect our property against Coronavirus with special emphasis on all high touch areas in our rooms and common areas.
