Right beside the 16th green of Mesquite Golf and Country Club sits this immaculately kept two bedroom, two bath, 2nd (top) floor end unit. Nice quiet setting without neighbors on three sides. Arguably the best location in all of Mesquite.

BBQ on the main deck off living room and master bedroom overlooking the 16th green and fairway with spectacular views of the San Jacinto Mountains.

Watch the sunrise or read on the 2nd deck off 2nd bedroom with peek-a-boo views of your swimming pool and spa which is also viewed from the small deck off the front door entrance.

Master bedroom has king size bed with a large dressing room, closet and ensuite. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Good separation of bedrooms. Sleeper sofa in living room.

Sliding doors and windows all have California shutters (although not shown in all pictures). In suite washer/dryer.

Parking is close to your front door but with no through traffic so you get the best of both worlds, quiet and convenient.

A few steps straight out the front door and you're at the swimming pool and spa.

A little over a short 100 yard walk to Golf Course Clubhouse and pro shop. Just steps out the front door to your right and you're on the practice putting green, further to your right you can practice your chipping and sand shots.

Air conditioned unit is fully equipped with BBQ on deck, all kitchen amenities including coffee maker, dishwasher and all utensils. Phone with free North America calling, Wifi and Cablevision with HBO and Showtime included. Linens and towels all provided along with pool toys.
