Description

Our Baja Paradise Rental has a full service kitchen and up to 4 bedrooms with their own private entrance, full bathroom, and private porch, patio, or balcony overlooking the fantastic views of the Pacific.

The first floor, with the kitchenette/ bedroom, which can be rented separately to sleep 5, houses up to 8 guests with a second bedroom. Two extra bedrooms on the 2nd floor can sleep another 4 guests.

Every room has fantastic ocean views!

Your rental also includes the Ocean View Clubhouse Recreation Room, linens, drinking water, as well as a full breakfast.

We are located in a private and unique off-the-grid area. There are hiking trails to private coves with tide pools and fishing from the shore; also there are beaches, nearby shopping and other vacation services within a 10 minute drive.Irene provides a memorable breakfast each morning and our goal is to make your stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. You can watch whales from your patio and listen to the barking seal lions. Nearby activities include wineries, the shops around La Bufadora and the waterspout. You can go to La Jolla or Estero Beach with a 10 minute drive and swim or surf or kayak or just walk the beach. There are also various local activities all year long such as Wine Tours with pick-up at our B&B, Baja 500, Bike Races, ZIP lines, Scuba and Deep Sea fishing tours and more all year long.

Kayaks are also available for rent and the rental rate includes transportation.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bruce or Irene (the owner) a message.

If Bruce or Irene (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
