Rest assured there are lots of other interesting things for guests to do at the villa or nearby such as swimming or lazing in the huge 18 x 5 metre private pool, in-villa spa treatments, play on the full-size billiards & snooker table, surf lessons, horse riding on the beach, cycling through the rice fields, boogy boarding in the sea directly outside the villa, Treetops Adventure Park, Waterbom Water Park, Elephant Park, etc. The comfortable Entertainment Room has a large Smart TV with Netflix.

BEDROOMS

The Master Bedroom Suite has its own terraces directly overlooking the Holywings Beach Club just metres away to the front and Bali’s volcanoes to the rear. The bedroom is modern contemporary and benefits from a huge dressing area and substantial bathroom with bathtub, it is the heart of luxury.

The Ocean Suite includes a hand carved English bed in traditional Edwardian style. The room opens up onto the outside dining terrace with views directly over the beautiful tropical garden and pool area. The dressing room opens into a large part-indoor and part-outdoor bathroom area with twin vanity units, traditional English bathtub and outdoor shower.

The Temple Suite is a modern suite with a private terrace overlooking the spectacular local Balinese temple with Bali's volcanoes in the background. The room features a modern stylish king double bed that can be split into two single beds if required along with a modern ensuite bathroom.

The Garden Suite benefits from a beautiful view across the main tropical garden featuring a modern stylish king double bed along with modern bathroom.

The stylish Javanese Suite looks out onto the turtle and fish pond featuring a king double bed that can be split into two single beds if required along with a modern ensuite bathroom.

The Balinese Suite, a self-contained guesthouse with a traditional four-poster bed with traditional Balinese drapes and colours. The dressing room opens out into a beautiful marble bathroom with access to a private garden with rainwater shower.

The self-contained Chinese Suite houses a hand carved Chinese bed with traditional deep reds. The room features a beautiful exposed wooden ceiling with a Chinese black bathroom opening out onto a dramatic carved dragon and outdoor rainwater shower.

Villa Kaira Estate is a flexible and multi-functional residence designed for large groups. One of Bali's most popular event spaces and being located next to the beach and world-famous beach clubs, it is perfect for birthday parties and various entertainment functions. The villa location in Seminyak does mean that you're really close to all the action but still in a calm oasis once you close the door behind you. Response from the manager Dear Richard Thank you for your comments regarding your stay at the villa. The villa is located close to The W Hotel and Potato Head Beach Club in Seminyak which means if a major concert event is being held, music can be heard occasionally. This occurs very infrequently across the year, perhaps 3 to 4 times, and this is the same for all villas and hotels in such a central location. Most of our guests choose to walk to the many restaurants less than a minute away for their meals but we have added in cooking utensils etc now. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We did inform you that a driver would be unavailable to collect your brother. We were not aware of any faeces and this is the first time you are making us aware of it which is somewhat strange. The Villa Managers and villa household staff which work across all our villas also work across Villa La Playa. We have only ever received positive feedback and reviews on their performance to date, as can be seen from the many, many reviews against the villas under my name, so I’m very surprised by your comments. I’ve spoken to the relevant Manager who said that she spoke with you several times and I’m aware that she resolved a couple of queries which you had in a timely manner. I hope that these points didn’t spoil your overall holiday in Bali. Kind regards Craig
