“Great area, lovely place, good views”

Our stay in St. Kilda was fabulous. This apartment was a real pleasure to stay in. We loved the location, and we loved the artwork in the apartment. We enjoyed the huge outdoor terrace, where we had breakfast - it was a lovely way to start the day. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was our home away from home, and we found our host, Sara, most obliging. The underground car space was an added bonus.

We were very impressed with staying here. It was by far our favorite of the three Melbourne properties that we stayed at during our 6 weeks there. It was the huge outdoor terrace that we were drawn to but unfortunately, we didn't get to use much of it because we visited during winter! However, we did manage to have a couple of breakfasts out there and it was fantastic. The flat was very clean and fitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed preparing dinners with groceries from the local shops. The location was right in the middle of the St Kilda shopping district (Coles supermarket was on the ground level) and within a block of acland Street. The only downside of being in the middle of the action is the moderate street noise you can hear in the flat but this was expected. Sara was very prompt in responding to our needs and inquiries. We would definitely stay here again and make more use of the terrace!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Bay Views The Terrace. The place was immaculate and decorated beautifully. There was lots of space, large bathroom and modern kitchen. I found Sara to be very lovely and helpful when dealing with her before and after our stay. She provided much assistance and made the experience just that little bit more pleasurable. The apartment is located in the prime of St Kilda - close to shops, food, trams etc I would definitely return to this amazing apartment.

This spacious apartment provided all the comforts of home and I found it very convenient for shopping as well. Many great restaurants in the vicinity and the beach is just a stroll away. Absolutely secure . The large balcony adds to the feeling of open spaciousness.

My two adult children and I stayed here in November 2010 for a week. The apartment was clean and well-located close to the beach, to public transportation, and to restaurants and shopping. Security was also good. Breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day.

Sara Hoffman provided excellent service for our booking of this accommodation. Special consideration was made of our 3 night stay when there is normally a longer stay requirement. I explained to Sara that the purpose of our stay was for my husband and I to celebrate our 10th Wedding anniversary. That being the first time away from our two young children for such a long period of time. Sara was only too happy to oblige our request for a shorter stay period at a busy time during the racing season in Melbourne. The accommodation provided was superb. The layout of the unit was very spacious and comfortable. All appliances were modern and the unit very clean. The location in St Kilda is unbeatable. Directly downstairs we were able to access local delights at a delicatessen, bottle shop and Coles. Acland Street and its ecclectic mix of restaurants, cafes and bars is located a street behind. The location therefore is unbeatable. Walking distance to Fitzroy Street and its restaurants as well. The large bathroom includes a washing machine and drier which I utilised. Two must haves for me, even on holiday. The reverse cycle air conditioner was also utilised because when the rain came so did the cold weather. Street noise is minimal inside and it is only until you spend time on the balcony do you hear passers by and cars. I cannot fault the service we received from Sara, the standard of the accommodation and amenities in it and we just hope that when we take our children to Melbourne one day that there is a 2 bedroom unit to rent for a holiday stay! P.S. My husband and I ran into someone from our own town in downtown Melbourne. We have not seen this person for many years and he and his partner were moving into the unit for a number of nights the afternoon after we were leaving. That is uncanny! We certainly told them they would be very happy with their accommdation.
