Welcome to villa Zizanj, welcome to paradise.

Imagine sitting yourself on your terras and looking at the sunset over the Kornati archipel,
this could be reality, if you rent "Villa Zizanj"for your hollidays.

The villa contains 10+4 pers, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, 2 livingrooms with open plan kitchen, in each living room is a sofa bed for 2 persons.

Bedlinen and towels are provided, towels for swimming pool are included.
Both kitchens are equiped with: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and everything you need to cook.
For colder weather there is floor heating.
The villa will never be rent out to different groups or families , this to ensure the complete guest privacy.
The villa is build on a 47.500 m² private olive orchard, on an island. It has 580 m private beach and a 4x10m infinity line swimming pool. It is surrounded by 300 m2 terraces, all with seaview. On one of the terraces is a huge BBQ.

In the pruning and picking season, from the olives, from +/- 10 october -10 november and from +/-10 march -10 april. It is possible to attend the olive picking or pruning period, and enjoy a nice free meal in the orchard. During this period there is a lower price offer.

Distance from Zadar air-port is +/- 35 km, from air port Zadar with taxi to Biograd na Moru, there the guest is picked up by boat, to bring him to the island of Zizanj +/- 20 minutes by boat.

When coming by car, we have a guarded parking in Biograd na Moru, 6 euro a day for the car and 10 euro a day for car and trailer
