This ground floor, studio cottage close to Wadebridge in Cornwall can sleep two people in one bedroom.The Studio is a charming, cosy studio cottage situated down a quiet farm lane near the St Kew Golf Club, near Wadebridge in Cornwall. The cottage offers an open plan living area with a kitchen, a sitting area with a gas stove, and a partially partitioned double bedroom. There is also a shower room leading off the living area. Outside, there is off road parking for one car, a private patio and just down the lane, the St Kew Golf Club. The Studio is a charming retreat for couples wishing to explore Cornwall and relax, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.
Amenities: Electric convector heating with gas stove. Electric oven and hob, washing machine, (microwave & fridge/freezer in a separate internal store area) TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot on request. Off road parking for 1 car. Private gravelled area with picnic bench. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles. Note: Access to double bed is narrow on both sides, may not be suitable for less mobile. Note: Fold-up bed available on request.

The beautiful countryside surrounding the village is criss-crossed with a network of local footpaths, amazing gardens and stately homes to explore whilst the renowned Camel Trail passes through the town, providing 17 miles of fabulous, traffic free, walking, horse riding and cycling opportunities.
