Walk to beach, boat harbor, parks, gourmet restaurants, and organic grocery stores from our lovely home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & gourmet kitchen, gas BBQ and lovely yards. Hardwood floors throughout with your own washer/dryer. Hear the ocean waves from your bedroom window .

Located on the Mesa, in a quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Close to parks, beaches, local bus transportation (1 block), local restaurants and organic/ regular grocery stores. Only 3 blocks away, within walking distance to beaches, Shoreline Park, SB Harbor, restaurants, The Mesa beach community in Santa Barbara where we reside is known as a JEWEL and very popular destination.

Our home includes a big living room, a sunny office with computer desk, dining room, gourmet kitchen, backyard entertainment deck with top of the line gas grill, umbrellas and flowers. For the beach we have towels and umbrellas.

House rules

We love your dog. We have A fully enclosed in backyard but we ask that you do not leave him/her alone in back yard when you are out. Either take them with you or put in house. New dogs tend to bark when their owners leave for the day and we have a very quiet neighborhood with neighbors who aren't into barking dogs. Thanks!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marty (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
