Description

Amazing location. Very Cool, lovely Apt Close Just Minutes to Manhattan and closer than staying in some other parts of Manhattan. Great part of town to enjoy the spectacular FireWork NYC Skyline view from streets and the rooftop(You would be AMAZED!) 8 min bus ride or 5min Ferry ride to TimeSquare.

THE APARTMENT:

Very private and comfortable apartments / rooms equiped with things that makes it homey and plus the wonderful commute and location to make your visit and your stay pleasant.

The closest to Midtown Manhattan, Times Square, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central Empire State Building, Saint Patrick's Cathedral, and Rockefeller Center than staying in other parts of Manhattan (Wall St., Upper East or West Side, UES, UWS, Midtown. Closer than any other NYC boroughs. Easy access to the SUPER BOWL Game and parties.

Most spectacular view of the SkyLine (and the fire works)

-Skyline can be view from the Roof Top of building and a Block away.

-Only short walk from the Water-front with breath-taking views of NYC.

-The bedroom sleeps 3, 4 and the living area sleeps 2 but the apartment can nicely sleep 5 (for those that travels in group to save $$)

you have the kitchen to prepare your meals, there are pots, spoons, knifes, cups, plate, stove, fridge...

GETTING ARROUND:

Easy access :- Buses to NYC, Hoboken, Newport & Jersey city right across the street, 24 hours SPA (YES, you can take a bus to the 3 stories 24 hrs spa facilities - KindSpa)

-Buses to Manhattan Time Square NYC is just a step away and runs every 2 minutes.

-Bus will drop you in the heart of the City in less than 10 Minutes.

-The Ferry will get you to Time Square in 5 minutes. About 5 minutes walk down to the ferry or take the free ferry shuttle bus which will get you to the river in a minutes (You have to take the ferry, at least for one night. seat on the top to take in the best scenery ever:))

Very nice and safe residential area and quiet neighborhood. Located in Weehawken, NJ which is the closest town to NYC with the most spectacular view of the SkyLine (and the fire works)

-There are Supermarket (open 24 hrs) PartMark, Shop Rite. -Great grocery and wine/liquor stores

-Laundry, Dry Cleaning / Alterations

-Amazing Restaurants (Steak House, Chinese, Cuban, indian, Thai, Peruvian, Mexican restaurants and lounges in the neighborhood). Dunkin donuts/ 24hr, Pizzerias,

-Pharmacy, Banks, Post Office are all located in the area.

-Walmart, Jersey Garden Mall, Newport Center Mall & Paramus Park Mall are all accessible by NJ Transit Buses from here. Our City Taxes are only 3.5% (just a 1/3rd of NYC sales tax) (And By the way, if you do a big shopping spree in NYC, say you are from NJ, have it ship to NJ in a day or two and get TAX FREE! only on clothing's shoes, electronic- Apple stores reduce tax for NJ shoppers

GETTING TO KNOW YOU:

I like to interact with my guess, is always great to share some info about here and when i visit where ever they are from. I also like to let the guess have their time alone. Most of the time, the guess will be in the apartment alone but i can be reach by email, text, call!

Pool:

The pool is a community pool not in the building but very nice pools thats available to use in the area.

PARKING:

I do not provide private parking, responsibly find a nice street parking for your car. I can lend you a residential parking permit for a daily charge.

RULES:

* Smoke-free apartment. However, you can enjoy it outside of the building.

* No loud party allowed. Sorry!

* No random additional guests who are not included in the reservation without prior notice and approval from me. (Sorry for repeating this and for being ash but this is due to circumstances from previous guest in the past.)
