Chalet located in a private area and large outdoor spaces, located in marina di Torre Suda Racale (LE), not far from Gallipoli, Green Bay by the Lido Torre Pizzo and Punta della Suina, Lido and the beaches of Torre San Giovanni and marine di Ugento.
Arranged over 2 levels, the outdoor area of the villa has a spacious entrance Avenue, parking on the side, a front garden, a spacious rear garden with BBQ and outdoor shower.
A few steps lead to the villa, which has separate entrances for kitchen area and living room, which opens onto a large terrace with a large tent Extensible arms, a table and chairs from outside and a beautiful swing, very pleasant environment for outdoor lunches.
In the living room there is a sitting area with a table and Chair and adjacent there is a kitchen with table and chairs, fireplace, with bathroom with sink, WC, shower and washing machine.
A convenient staircase of some steps leading to the bedroom, which features 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom + shower.
The bedrooms are designed for double occupancy, but one of these offers the possibility to divide the bed into 2 beds. The rooms are spacious with possibility of adding of the cot with bed for a maximum of 2 units.
This villa for rent is in a position quite reserved, with the sea at about 900 metres with low and high rock, the location is ideal to reach all the most famous places in the area such as Gallipoli, and the beaches and shores of Gallipoli (about 4/5 km) and the beautiful beaches with equipped beaches of Torre San Giovanni.
