Description

Ty Moel is a renovated grade II farmhouse on the outskirts of Llangefni, in the heart of the Anglesey countryside. Good family accommodation consists of 4 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and one on the ground floor. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a dining sun lounge. It has another lounge with a log burner and also a study. The ground floor has underfloor heating and the bedrooms have radiators. There is a large garden with a patio area that has views of the Snowdonia mountain range.

Distance to nearest shop and public house approx 2 miles.

The house and garden offer privacy with plenty of car paking areas.

3 minutes drive to A55, giving excellent road links to Anglesey and Snowdonia. Approx 15 mins from Britannia Bridge

“A beautiful house in an idyllic setting”

This is a beautiful old farm house comfortably sleeping 8 people, in a wonderful setting with sheep and cows for neighbours. A great place to visit the coves and bays of Anglesey, as well as North Wales and Snowdonia.

“TY MOEL- perfect place to stay”

We stayed here for 5 days with 4 adults and 4 kids in our party. The house had loads of space for us all and amazing views- especially the sheep outside our dining room window. Bedrooms were all a good size and the house was immaculately clean. Heather greeted us on arrival and had left some welsh cakes and tea bags. Couldn't ask for a nice place to stay.

“Lovely house, great location.”

The house was perfect for a lovely family weekend away for mine and my sisters Birthday. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 kids) and there was plenty of room. Home from home, everything you needed. Lovely little welsh treats left by Heather (owner) on arrival, she was very friendly and helpful during our stay. Great location too, Benllech Beach was well with a visit, we also visited Beaumaris, which is lovely (although the castle was shut and our boat trip cancelled due to high winds) We ventured a little further out to Greenwood Forest Park which was only 25 mins drive and great for little ones (10-11 years and under I would say not much for older ones) All round a great trip and would definitely book the property again.

“Absolutely lovely house, photos don’t do it justice”

This is such a lovely house, perfect for our needs. Tonnes of space with nice big rooms. We spend most of our time in the spacious kitchen, sat round the big table. Kitchen was very well equipped, showers were great....all in all, a great find and somewhere we would happily book again in the future.

“Family Holiday”

“A 17th century building”

Location is well positioned to the town and roads. 20 minutes drive from the beach and Bangor. A very quiet and pleasant farm house surrounded with sheep . The only negative part is the bed mattresses which need replacement.

“Wonderful Family Holiday”

Easy to book,kept updated. Cottage just as advertised and perfect for our three generations family group of 8 with enough room to all be together as well as space to be apart. Very well equipped, comfy,cosy and atmospheric. Well located for easy access to a very pleasant town, art centre and only 20 minutes from the sea. We all had a wonderful time.
