Villa Vlastelini is located on a 20 000 m2 property, planned as an autonomous country estate where one can enjoy isolation and peace, admire the beauty of nature, domestic animals and at the same time consume fresh fruits and vegetables, wild plants and aromatic herbs, as well as relax practising other activities that are available on the estate.

On the Vlastelini estate there is a holiday house i.e. villa for 8 persons, barns with domestic animals, garden and orchard, open fireplace with grill, covered parking for 4 vehicles, sporting and recreational facilities such as swimming pool, golf course, tennis court, hiking trails.

The discreet house owner lives in the neighboring house with separate property so that the guests of the Villa Vlastelini enjoy a high level of privacy. Full privacy and intimacy is guaranteed by the separate entrances and separate pathways as well as by the fence that separates the two units. The possibility to quickly contact the owner represents a particular advantage and additional security.

An unusual path paved in stone leads from the car park to the house. It is peculiar for the Glagolitic letters carved in the stones as well as for the explanation of the meaning of each letter in Latin. Glagolitic alphabet was a Slavic alphabet used in the Middle Ages in Istria, till the 19.ct. We believe you are going to have fun on your arrival searching for the initials of your names in Glagolitic.

There is an interesting path paved in stone on which Glagolitic letters are carved. It leads to the very Villa Vlastelini.

For an additional fee, the pool may be heated. Please enquire prior to booking for further details. NOTE: Pool heating loses efficiency if the outside night temperature drops below 15 degree.

Getting around

Close to the old town core, surrounded by greenery, is the intimate location of the villa, in this place the famous Vlačić family, known as Vlastelini, a hundred years ago built a traditional Istrian stone house in a spacious estate. Explore it by foot, only 900 meters from the villa.

Interaction with guest

It is a great advantage as well as additional security that the owner's residence is located just by the estate. Of course, separate entrance, access road and fence guarantee full discretion.
