Nice and cozy apartment. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people and is located in the CITY CENTER, close to shops, restaurants, cinemas and clubs. STATION is 5 MINUTES walk away! Very convenient for Pisa and Florence! In this PRETTY furnished apartment you will find a comfortable living area to relax with a large kitchen equipped. The sofa quickly turns into a double bed to accommodate 1 or 2 people. In the large bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe, there is also a work area with a desk and a sofa bed. The bathroom is comfortable and spacious. SERVICES INCLUDED: - TV - Air Conditioning - Iron - Ironing Board - Wi-Fi Internet - Welcome Tea and Coffee - Bathroom Soap - Hair Dryer - Linen (sheets and towels) is included in the price, including the change once per week (for stays longer than 7 days). - Washing machine included for stays longer than 7 days. The heating is independent. EXCLUDED SERVICES: - Final cleaning € 30. Additional cleaning on request and for a fee. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift.
