Like new, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse. Upscale community with neighborhood pool and private beach access. Beautifully decorated with lots of extras, many recently updated. Miramar Beach Villas 113 (MBV113; “Sandpiper” — after the shore birds at the beach) sleeps 8 — 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and 2 Twin beds and a Pack ‘N Play for the little tyke. It is bright and sunny and features an attractive lemon meringue paint scheme throughout.

Saturday-to-Saturday rentals are available during the peak season; three-night minimum the rest of the year. Miramar Beach Villas features a large and refreshing L-shaped pool with an over-sized pool deck and lots of chaise lounges to sun on, all just steps from Sandpiper’s front door. Seasonal beach service is included with your rental — two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach!

Sandpiper features lots of glass to let in natural light, double-wide hurricane doors first floor front (luggage friendly!) and second floor back, 10-foot ceilings on the first floor and 9 on the second which combine to give this Emerald coast gem a very spacious look & feel.

With convenient features everywhere, Sandpiper feels like a home away from home. Among these are walk-in closets in each bedroom, suitcase valets in each closet, 4 SmartTVs, 3 with soundbars, on which to watch your favorite media (bedrooms + living room), quiet appliances, full-sized washer and dryer (dry your beachwear here each afternoon), comfortable living room seating for 6, table seating for 20 among 3 tables (one in & two out), a kitchen bar w. 4 stools, lots of kitchen counter and cabinet space, a master bath with large shower, dual sinks and a Jacuzzi tub, rainshower shower heads in each bathroom, bunk beds in the upstairs hall for the kids, an HVAC unit with dedicated thermostat for each floor, upmarket (and heavy) medium blue and teal outdoor furniture featuring high Adirondack chairs with foot rests, wrought iron railings on each porch and balcony to give Sandpiper a New Orleans look and feel, 300 steps to the beach and 50 to the pool. Lots of palm trees and oleander! Fantastic, you’ll agree. Enjoy! Neighboring Destin, Florida is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village", but we do not stop there! The whitest beaches of Florida and the Emerald green waters are unmatched. Shop in malls, including a premium outlet with many boutique stores just a mile away. When you are through shopping, there are endless places to enjoy the local fare or just get a quick bite. Don't forget about our water park, amusement parks, and our dozens of golf courses. Take a crew deep sea fishing or the kids to the Aquarium. Kick back and relax on one of our porches or balconies (there are two of each) or chill while the meal is cooking on the gas grill. With a no pets, no smoking vacation condo like Sandpiper (sorry, HOA rules), how can you go wrong?
