Description
I Mandorli is an original Tuscan farmhouse. It has been refurbished using traditional materials and techniques to maintain it's rustic character and help stay cool through the long summer days. In autumn and winter you can relax in the spacious living room, in front of the fireplace.
From the house you can enjoy the stunning views of the valley below.
Outside there is a large (450 square meters), fenced garden that provides the perfect setting for 'al fresco' dining and relaxing, equipped with tables and chairs. The pool (8.30 x 4 meters) sits in a wood decked area overlooking the valley and comes with loungers and shower . The house is surrounded by its own 6 hectare estate of organically cultivated vineyards and olive groves and is powered by discreet solar panels.
The house is perfect for families and group but also for a romantic vacation.
The owners Marco and Marina left the city at the end of the 70´s. They made their dream come true of a life in close touch with nature and a more natural rhythm of life. They have lived in the house `I Mandorli´ for the last 20 years and their two children were born there.?From the start they have worked their farm with the ?love and care of self-taught beginners, without ever using pesticides or other forms of chemical pest control. They produce small quantities of wine and olive oil which they sell to friends.
In 2013, after twelve years in Turin for studies and job, Giacomo, their son, came back with his partner Silvia and the little Anita. Now they all work together in order to promote and run the farmhouse.

“Beautiful and relaxing stay”
A lovely large house, which catered for all our needs in a peaceful location. The pool was cleaned each morning, shops are 10 mins away and the owners are very helpful. The views from Mandorli are stunning. We hope to return.
