The single house, situated on the road Pachino Pozzallo, Santa Maria del Focallo, positioned 20m from the sea, quiet area for relaxation is sea view, the landlord does not live habitually on-site, ground floor consists of 3 rooms on the same floor , consisting of two bedrooms, one double and one with twin beds, large kitchen-dining room with sofa bed for two, veranda cookers electric grill-oven gas-burning, a bathroom with shower, close to the public beach free with all year access, fairly quiet area, the rooms are furnished with the necessary amenities, has a washing machine and hair dryer, TV with satellite TV, terrace of about 50 square meters and equipped for relaxation with rocking, hammock and sofa with its wicker chairs, tables with benches and more, parking is private and can hold up to ten cars, the solarium area is equipped with pool, umbrellas and lounge chairs, outdoor shower with hot water, there is availability for the 'use of three bicycles, easy access by paved road. The area is fairly supplied with restaurants and pizzerias as a commercial center and a pharmacy, just in front of the villa there is a refreshment of typical products of Modica, the sandy beach is about 100 meters. strategic location to easily reach any town or to the landscape and historical tours of the area.

“Regenzeit gemeinsam mit Biergartenbank”
Sehr schöne Unterkunft. der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wird der große Raum als Lagerstätte für diverser Möbel (Biergarten Bank und Tisch, Gartenstühle und -bank, sowie Wäscheständer). Es sind mehrere Bewegungsmelder (?) installiert, man kommt sich beobachtet vor. Unterhaltungen sollten leise geführt werden, es ist sehr hellhörig. Espressomaschine und alles was in der Küche gebraucht wird, ist vorhanden.
