Description
In the central High Atlas mountains to the Valley of Ait Bouguemmez (also called Happy Valley at an altitude of 1870 m) to the village of Imelghas lies the Gîte d ' étape "TAWADA". which belongs to the company (land of soul trekking).
Mohamed Ighobor and his family are happy to welcome you in their super cottage, and make you share with them unforgettable moments, and make you discover their customs of this beautiful Berber country.
You can from the Gîte take walks from 2 h to 6 h of walk for 5-6 days of discovery of the impressive landscape: small H.madhusudhan grooves, traces of dinosaurs, collective granaries (Marrabout), women and associations cooperatives, the workshops of sculpture, summits and ridges with beautiful view, places wild with sheepfolds and herds of goats and sheep, the mountain trades training centre: this is the only one in Africa.

-The gîte d ' étape "TAWADA" is built in clay, in accordance with the Customs and traditions of the Valley and the Berbers in general.
-The cottage is composed of several comfortable rooms including 4 rooms with double beds + hot shower + bathroom: wc. The other rooms are equipped with single beds for 3 to 4 people. The bathrooms are next, well-appointed outside.
-The gîte consists of 2 floors with terrace of the floor of bottom well exposed to the Sun and with a beautiful view on the nature.
-The 2nd floor consists of a very large high terrace with beautiful panoramic views over a large part of the Valley, mountains, fields etc. - all the outside of the cottage is well made with the clay and straw, the traditional.
