It is also a short walk to all the amenities in Holetown where you will find an excellent selection of restaurants, bars together with local and designer shopping.

This distinctive two-storey, six bedroom property offers the ultimate in beachfront luxury. The ground floor reveals two spacious bedrooms, a gazebo, dining room and a spacious indoor living area overlooking the pool and stunning beach. A sunken living room with numerous comfortable sofas and lounges provides a place to relax in cool surroundings.

There is a large free-form infinity edged swimming pool as well as a separate heated jacuzzi, barbeque pit and adjacent beachside gazebo. The pool terrace features a sunken seating area which leads to the air-conditioned bar.

Upstairs a truly fabulous master bedroom with en suite bathroom awaits you. The master bedroom balcony provides a breath-taking view of Sandy Lane Beach. Three equally wonderful air-conditioned bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms upstairs provides amly space for a large group or family. Also located upstairs is a fantastic TV room which provides comfortable seating and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, VCR and a surround-sound stereo system. Staff:
Landfall is run by full trained staff consisting of a security guard, butler (famous for his rum punch), two maids, cook, laundress and gardener. Babysitters can be provided on request and supplies of food and drink can also be provided with prior notice. Landfall is adjacent to the Sandy Lane Estate and Golf Course, just a quarter mile from shopping and supermarket facilities at Holetown.
