Description

This is a very special 110m2 duplex located right in the heart of Porto downtown.

In the upper level it has a big bedroom with a double bed and a charming balcony with a funtastic view of Torres dos Clérigos. It has a bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom.
In the entrance level the apartment has a huge living room with a sofa bed and a lounge area with poufs and a fireplace. In this level there is also a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located in the heart of Porto downtown so you can simply walk to enjoy some of the most amazing spots of the city. Livraria Lello, Torre dos Clérigos, Avenida dos Aliados, Ponte D. Luís and all the wonderful bars and restaurants are in the neighborhood.

In a range of 5m walking you have the metro main station ( Trindade ) the train Station ( São Bento ) and several bus, electric car and taxi stops.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Tiago (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
