Gite T2 + mezzanine, 40m2, comfortable, on the 1st floor in the historic farmhouse at the foot of the Tower Pujol Argeles, situated in a green area, 2.5 km from the beaches. Catalan farmhouse with 5 cottages. resort near tourist sites of Languedoc Roussillon as Collioure, Banyuls, Saint Cyprien, Canet, Ceret, Le Perthus, Spain (30min), Barcelona (2 hours), Font Romeu (1:30). 1 bedroom with a bed for 2, wardrobe. 1 mezzanine with a bed 2 places and a bed 1 place. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet. Kitchen: oven, microwave oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, ... Living room with table, chairs, sofa, TV, DVD, ... Shared laundry room with washing machine, drying . Beautifully wooded garden, shared barbecue, garden, sunbathing, ... Ranking lodgings of France 2 ears.
