Villa of 300sqm to 180m SLM with stunning views of the gulf. The villa has a swimming pool with mobile coverage. Under the structure there is also a 6-seater spa tub usable all year round. 2km from the center of Varazze and its tourist port. 25km from Genoa and its airport. 70km from Portofino and Alba in the Langhe. About 100km from Montecarlo and 5Terre, about 30 minutes from the Monte Beigua park at 1400m. villa is accessed in a few minutes on foot to relaxing walks in the surrounding woods. An interesting stop at the monastic complex and guest quarters. Access to the beaches is in 5 minutes by car or minibus or in 20 minutes of scenic walk among the olive trees. facilitating the stay for guests we will be available for problems and advice without staying at the villa.
