Only 3 Km from Amalfi, with extensive panorama of the sea from its terrace, vacation apartment Il Mare is a fascinating one bedroom self catering apartment sleeping comfortably 4 persons.

On a hill in a residential building, Il Mare is set on the first floor looking down to the sea and typical cliffs of the Amalfi coastline.

Outside stone steps (70) lead from road level to the gardens surrounding the building and 20 indoor steps to the first floor of the building, bring us to the modern furnished in typical Mediterranean style apartment.

Entrance into sitting/dining room with convertible divan bed (double), doors open to a terrace. Separate kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker with oven. Small corridor to the double bedroom with doors to terrace. Bathroom with shower, WC, etc...

Check-in time is between 3,00 and 8,00 p.m. You will be met and taken to the booked accommodation, asked for a photo copy of your Id or passport, any extras and the Breakage deposit (in cash only in any currencies) € 300,00 – this is refunded on your departure day, less any breakages.

We strongly recommend contacting our land agents the day before or early morning of your arrival day, to let them know how you intend getting to the resort and approximate arrival time, they will in this occasion be able to advise of any local fiestas, roads closed etc...

Check-out time is between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.

On departure the property has to be left tidy, with the kitchen clean and free from trash. Should these conditions not be respected, there will a deduction from the deposit - amount corresponding to the extra cleaning time

Arrival and departure times can be arranged outside these times for this service a supplement of € 55,00 is applied.

Only 1 problem and that is the nearest shops/supermarket are in Amalfi. Buses to Amalfi are good but generally standing room only
