Description

The community has Great security and beautiful landscaping, its quiet with a convenient Mid-town location very near to the beach, City Park and everywhere else is easily within walking distance or you can always get a taxi for just a dollar or two.

The Condo has the perfect location in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. Only 120 yards from the Beach and just behind the City Park, Movie Theatre, Grocery store, KFC, Pizza Hut, shopping and many of the locals favorite spots and restaurants.

My poolside condo is: clean, nicely furnished, Newly remodeled and equipped with new appliances, safety boxes and all your basic living needs.

I will be happy to meet and greet you upon arrival and offer any information about local activities, adventures and recommendations for dining and "must see" spots to make the most out of your Costa Rican experience!

I am happy to help with arranging tours, directions or suggested "must see" places as well as the local places that might be off the beaten path that are not found by most tourists.

Getting around

Everything is within walking distance or take a taxi for just a dollar or two.

Housekeeping:

Is available at $20 per service.

Please let me know and I will have housekeeping come do a compete cleaning.

Deposits: A $100 deposit is required. The deposit will be returned at check out as long as nothing is missing/damaged, no need for excessive cleaning or fines have been given by the administration: for example; glass bottles at the pool could receive a $10 fine or loud music/parties after 9pm could get a $100 fine by the property management so if the security guard informs you to not have glass bottles at the pool, etc. Please oblige to the administrator or security guards requests because your penalties for your incidents negatively affect my good standings as well as your cash deposit.

Other Things to Note:

The maximum occupancy including guests in my condos is five even if the Hoa rules permit more occupants I limit my condos to a maximum of Five guests

Check in: Is anytime after 1pm and Check outs are anytime before 11am.

Getting around

The Beach, City Park, Grocery store, Movie theatre, shopping and dining is all directly in front of the condo within 100 feet to 120 yards to the beach and everywhere in Jacó is within walking distance or you can take a taxi anywhere in Jacó for $2 - $3 ( two to three dollars )

House rules

The gated community has retired people living in condos near to mine so out of respect to my neighbors no parties or loud music/noise. This retirement community is not a suitable place for bachelor parties, groups planning on loud celebrations. A $100 cash deposit is required at check in from each guest to ensure the safety of the contents within my condo, the peacefulness within the community and to pay any fines imposed by the Security, Administartion or Home owners association.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jason (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
