Description

This large, open-spaced property is just two blocks from two different beaches. The house sleeps 24 people, with 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths.

The compound consists of a large main house that has a gourmet kitchen, a family room, a living room with fireplace, a sauna, 6 bedrooms, and 4 full baths. The complete interior has recently been painted and re-decorated.

There is an adjacent guest house (unheated in the winter) that sleeps eight, has a large family room, and has a new kitchen, and full bath.

An expansive, three-story, wrap-around deck overlooks a large, landscaped yard and a 400 sq-ft, screened-in, wicker-furnished gazebo.

This rental comes complete with linens, bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. There is a full laundry room. The house is also ideal for family reunions, multi-family stays, and wedding parties, or a cozy year-round getaway. There is a fireplace and an outdoor fire pit, two grills (charcoal and gas), a koi pond with a fountain, plenty of parking, and a beach pass in the summer. There is wifi, four cable televisions, and ## DVD players. There is equipment for several different outdoor games, and a large backyard to play in.

Rental fees for the entire property are $7,000 per week in the summer season and $700 a night in the off season.

No smoking in the house. Please leave beach parking permit on kitchen counter. Please empty all trash bins throughout the house. Trash/recycling is to be placed in bins under the deck. Absolutely no usage of stored boats under the house. Before departure, all bed sheets, towels, and bathmats must be brought to the downstairs laundry room and a load must be started. Additional details can be found in the house welcome packet. **Failure to comply will result in the application of the cleaning fee.**
