Description

One bedroom apartment in the city centre. Located only 10min walking from the main square.

It has one bedroom with balcony, kitchen with dining area, living room with the big terrace, entrance hall and bathroom.

Living room can be separated from the rest of the apartment with the big sliding doors becoming the second bedroom while the kitchen and the dining area serves as a living room.

Apartment is orientated on the green parks from both sides of the building. So you can enjoy in nice view from the terraces. The bigger terrace is orientated on south and it is perfect place to start a day with morning coffee that you can make with the coffee machine in fully equipped kitchen.

Apartment can accommodate 4-5 persons. Two persons can sleep in the bedroom on a double bed and 2 persons can sleep in the living room on a double sofa bed.

There is also a big screen cable TV, WiFI washing machine, air condition, DVD player and everything you might need during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
