Description

A modern, luxury, sea-front, ground floor apartment. The property has private parking and direct beach access, with breath-taking views of the Gower Peninsula. Storage is available for bicycles.

The property is ideal for couples. It has central heating and comprises a bright open plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, washer dryer machine, microwave and coffee machine. The dining/living area has two, two-seater sofas and a TV. There is a dining table with seating. The master bedroom has a double bed with built-in storage and wardrobe.

There is a patio area at the front of the apartment which has a seating area where stunning views of the estuary and glorious sunsets can be enjoyed.

There are a wide range of shops and restaurants available at Trostre and Pemberton Retail Parks less than a mile away.

The apartment offers direct access to the 14 km long Millennium coastal cycle path and is ideally situated for a number of local amenities such as:-

“Fabulous apartment in a perfect location”

Stayed here for 4 nights. We were met by Sian the owner who immediately made us so welcome and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment lived up to all of our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and had all that we needed. It was wonderful to be able to open up the window blinds and enjoy the spectacular views across the estuary looking straight at the Gower landscape. The Millennium Coastal path was so close and we were able to walk for miles (mainly all on the flat!) and also just 4 steps down from the apartment car park. The people that we met there were so welcoming and made us feel quite at home. We would not hesitate in recommending this apartment and is truly a 5 star accommodation. Anyone looking for a peaceful, tranquil and relaxing holiday then this will be the place for you. Thank you Sian and Gareth for the 'Welcome Pack' it was very thoughtful and much appreciated. We would love to return in the near future but for a longer stay next time. Diolch yn Fawr (Thank You Very Much)
