Centrally located in the heart of the village, 100 ft to the beach, and a 5 minute walk to town. Setting is a private courtyard with swimming pool located on the north side of town with gorgeous white sand beaches and turquoise blue ocean. Also includes paddle board, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs/umbrella. We have all the toys!

The property, same owner, has rental Condos (multi-units), available in the following configurations: 2,3,4,5,6 Condos-2bedrooms, available on 1st,2nd and 3rd floor. Please book early to ensure optimal selection.

Two-Condos (1 floor), side-by-side, with connecting patio gates (same floor) – 4 bedrooms total (each with en-suite bathrooms). The two condos are available on the following floors, (1st, 2nd or 3rd).

Four-Condos (2 floors), side-by-side, with connecting patio gate (same floor). - 8 bedrooms total (each with en-suite bathrooms). The Four-Condos are available on 2 of the following floors, 1st, 2nd or 3rd.

Six-Condos (3 floors), side-by-side, with connecting patio gate (same floor) – 12 bedrooms total (each with en-suite bathrooms). The Six-Condos consume the entire rental complex, all 3 floors.

The space:

Each Condo, have beach/ocean view patios and connecting private patio gate (same floor units). (note: 1st floor condos have limited views). Large private patios surround the condos with ample space for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors, BBQ, etc. The condos have a bright open airy design and are tastefully decorated. The condos are connected by a private patio gate (same floor units) that makes the condos feel like one big unit.

-Each condo, Kitchen/Dining/Family area is a modern open design with center-island and granite counter tops. Kitchen is well equipped with full size refrigerator, microwave, 6 or 4 burner stove/oven and all the essential small appliances with separate dining area.

-Each condo, has separate dining area with seating for 6 to 10.

-Each condo, family area has couch seating with a flat screen TV, Streamer TV Boxes and Wireless Internet . It opens up (double sliding glass doors) to large beach/ocean view patio. The patio is fully furnished with lounge seating and table/chairs for outdoor enjoyment.

-Each condo, has 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The 1st bedrooms has 1 king (or queen) bed and the 2nd bedrooms has 2 single beds, walk-in showers, and ample storage space for your personal items.

-Each condo, ceiling fans (5) are extensive throughout the condo, kitchen/family/dining area, bedrooms and bathrooms.

-Each condo, A/C (3 mini-splits) are available, (kitchen/dining/family area and both bedrooms), surcharge applies. Contact owner for rates.

Interaction with guests

Management will greet guests upon arrival, do a walk through, and ensure guests are familiar with details: (electronic door codes, internet access, safe deposit codes, cleaning schedule, house rules, etc). As requested, will provide information regarding town activities, restaurants, local tours, how-to, etc. Management is available (immediate area) should guests need additional assistance.

Street parking is readily available. Saturday afternoon and Sunday might be challenging (due to local family beach day).

If Jim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
