This charming "Craftsman" style cottage is fully renovated and is conveniently located downtown Mt Shasta City. The cottage is affordable and licensed with the city of Mt Shasta to be only a business vacation rental. The cottage has never been owner occupied.

Beautifully decorated this cottage will keep you comfortable any time of year with central heating and air conditioning -or, you can use the wood burning stove if you prefer during the winter months, (firewood and kindling provided).

Take a leisurely walk as the home is just a few minutes from downtown Shasta where you will find great restaurants, coffee shops, organic market, grocery stores, shops, spas, yoga and summer/winter sports rental outlets.

Hop in your car and Lake Siskiyou is only 5 minutes away, a 20 minute drive to Ski Park, or a 50 minute adventure to Ashland, Oregon. Seemingly endless bike routes provide adventure on 2 - wheels while enjoying the fresh mountain air and majestic scenic beauty of snow covered Mt Shasta mountain. Mountain stream or lake fishing is great fun - local licenses are readily available.

Prefer to relax and enjoy the property? Large fenced in front yard and backyard provides both privacy and safety for children and pets - picnic area, BBQ and table allows for fun in the shade or sun with friends and family. The front yard has a nice front porch with two chairs to watch the world go bye.

Enjoy this mountain cottage finished with hardwood floors, wood burning stove, modern kitchen and all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Sleeping arrangements are made easy with two bedrooms (3 beds including 2 queens, and 1 single bed, all high quality mattress. Living room furniture includes 2 lazyboy couch's and 1 lazyboy recliner . Flat screen TV and DVD player help provide indoor entertainment. Laundry facilities make it easy to keep pace with vacation clothing needs without leaving home.The cottage has off street parking the entire length of the house double car wide. The off street parking would easily fit a travel trailer and boat along with several cars.

We are PET friendly (no extra charge) and ask our guests to not allow pets on furniture or bedding - guests are required to remove and dispose of pet waste prior to check-out.

We take great pride in our vacation rental and provide top quality maid service. The property is free of any personal clutter or personal belongs.

A simple guest checklist is provided with instructions on what is required at the end of your stay.
